What is SoleSocial?
SoleSocial is a subscription-based social networking platform that connects people who share an interest in feet. We provide the tools to connect—including profiles, matching, and messaging—in exchange for your subscription fee. All interactions between members are digital and take place exclusively through our online platform.
1. What SoleSocial Is
SoleSocial is a digital social networking platform for adults (18+) who share an interest in feet. Members pay a subscription fee to access features including:
- Profile creation and browsing
- Matching with other members
- Private messaging
- Discovery and search tools
What we provide: The platform, tools, and technology to connect people with shared interests. Your subscription pays for access to these networking features.
2. What SoleSocial Is Not
SoleSocial does NOT:
- Facilitate, arrange, or be involved with offline activities between members
- Have any involvement in, knowledge of, or interest in activities that occur between members
- Receive payment for, or have any business relationship with, any activities between members
- Monitor, control, or supervise any offline interactions
Our business model: We sell subscriptions for access to networking features. Period. Any meetings, activities, or arrangements between members are completely independent of SoleSocial.
3. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- How you use the platform and who you choose to connect with digitally
- Your own safety, security, and well-being online
- Verifying the identity and intentions of other members you message
- Any digital interactions you have with other members on the platform
- Complying with all applicable laws
4. Release of Liability
By using SoleSocial, you RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS Nexus Creative Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- • Your use of the platform
- • Your digital interactions with other members on the platform
- • The online conduct or actions of other members
- • Any content posted by members
- • Any harm (emotional, financial, or otherwise) resulting from your use of the platform
You agree to INDEMNIFY Nexus Creative Group LLC against any claims arising from your use of the platform or your digital interactions with other members.
5. No Warranties
The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not:
- Verify member identities or conduct background checks
- Guarantee the accuracy of member profiles or information
- Monitor or control member conduct
- Make any promises about your experience or results
- Take responsibility for how members use the platform
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Creative Group LLC shall not be liable for any damages including:
- • Personal injury or property damage
- • Emotional distress
- • Financial losses
- • Loss of data or access
- • Any other damages resulting from your use of the platform or interactions with members
7. Safety Recommendations
For your safety while using SoleSocial, we recommend:
- Never share personally identifying information (real name, address, workplace) in messages
- Don't share financial information with other members
- Trust your instincts—if a conversation feels wrong, block the member
- Use the in-app report feature for concerning behavior
- Keep all communication on the platform so we can help if anything goes wrong
8. Agreement
By using SoleSocial, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understand this waiver
- You are at least 18 years old
- You voluntarily agree to these terms
- You understand SoleSocial is a digital social networking platform where you pay for connection features only
- You understand that SoleSocial is 100% virtual and does not facilitate offline activities of any kind
- You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the platform
- You release SoleSocial from all liability
