Exemption Statement

1. User-Generated Content Platform

SoleSocial is a user-generated content platform and social networking service. We do not produce, create, or commission any sexually explicit content. All content on the platform is created and uploaded by individual users for personal social networking purposes.

2. Secondary Producer Exemption

As a secondary producer (platform host), SoleSocial qualifies for exemption under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4). We do not hire, contract with, or manage the individuals depicted in user-uploaded content. Users retain full control and ownership of their content.

3. No Actual Sexually Explicit Conduct

The platform is designed for consensual adult social networking within the foot enthusiasm community. Content uploaded to the platform does not depict "actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A). Our platform focuses on:

4. Age Verification & Content Moderation

While exempt from 2257 record-keeping, SoleSocial maintains strict age verification and content moderation policies:

• ✓Email Verification: Required for account activation
• ✓Female Premium Review: Manual admin verification of female premium profiles
• ✓Content Monitoring: Active moderation and user reporting system
• ✓Zero Tolerance: Immediate removal of illegal content and account termination
