By subscribing to SoleSocial Premium, you acknowledge and agree to the following billing terms. This disclosure is required by federal law to ensure transparency in subscription services.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) at the then-current standard rate.
What this means: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before renewal will take effect after the next billing cycle completes. You will be charged for one additional period.

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
Visit: solesocial.app/subscription/manage and use the "Cancel Subscription" button in your Account Dashboard.
All charges are final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
What this means: If you cancel, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid period. After that date, your account will revert to the Free tier.
💡 Example: If you paid for a monthly subscription on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you will continue to have Premium access until January 31st. You will not be charged on February 1st, and no refund will be issued for January 15-31.
Charter pricing is available to the first 50 male Charter Members. After the cap fills, membership rises to $29.50/mo for new members. (whichever comes first) and is locked for life for those who join in time.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If your subscription price increases, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email. The new price will take effect on your next renewal date. You may cancel before the price increase takes effect.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through our secure payment processor (CCBill). Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
If your account is banned for violating our Member Conduct Policy, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining time on your subscription.
This includes but is not limited to: solicitation, harassment, spam, fake profiles, or any other violation of our Terms of Service.
If we offer a free trial period, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period.
Trial Reminder: We will send you an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends. Make sure to check your spam folder.
