Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: February 2026

SoleSocial, a brand of Nexus Creative Group LLC. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

SoleSocial is a private, membership-based social network for verified adult creators and their communities. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) tells you exactly what is permitted on the platform and what is grounds for immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities.

1. Absolutely Prohibited

The following conduct results in immediate, permanent termination and, where legally required, mandatory reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC):

  • Any content depicting or sexualizing minors, or persons appearing to be minors. Zero tolerance.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”), leaked private material, or content shared without the depicted person’s explicit consent.
  • Content depicting or promoting human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion. See our Anti-Trafficking Policy.
  • Bestiality, necrophilia, or any content involving non-consenting parties.
  • Content depicting or glorifying real-world violence, abuse, or self-harm.
  • Impersonation of another real person, brand, or public figure.
  • Doxxing, stalking, or the publication of private information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces) without consent.

2. Prohibited Commercial Activity

SoleSocial is a subscription-based social network. The following commercial activity is not permitted on the platform:

  • Solicitation of in-person meetups in exchange for money, gifts, or anything of value (“escort” or full-service solicitation).
  • Off-platform payment solicitation that circumvents our subscription and payout system (e.g., “DM me for CashApp”).
  • Sale, promotion, or distribution of controlled substances, prescription drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods.
  • Cryptocurrency schemes, MLM recruitment, pyramid schemes, or “get-rich-quick” pitches.
  • Advertising competing adult platforms or diverting traffic off SoleSocial.
  • Fake giveaways, phishing schemes, or affiliate fraud.

3. Community & Safety Rules

  • No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • No coordinated brigading, mass reporting, or bad-faith use of moderation tools.
  • No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or automated scraping of other members.
  • No attempts to circumvent bans, age verification, safety features, or geographic restrictions (including VPN misuse to evade jurisdictional blocks).
  • No sharing of paid content outside the paying subscriber’s own devices (screen recording, mirroring, or redistribution).

4. Creator Content Rules

Verified creators may share adult content within the following parameters:

  • All performers in any content must be 18+ and the creator must be able to produce age documentation on request per 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping obligations.
  • All performers in any content must have given documented, freely-given consent for the specific piece to appear on SoleSocial.
  • Copyrighted material owned by third parties (music, film clips, brand assets) may not be embedded without a valid license.
  • Creators own their content. SoleSocial receives a limited license to host, display, and distribute content strictly for the purposes of operating the platform.

5. Enforcement

Violations are enforced through a tiered process:

  • Category 1 (Absolutely Prohibited): Immediate permanent termination; forfeiture of any pending payout balance; mandatory legal reporting where applicable.
  • Category 2 (Prohibited Commercial): First offense — warning + content removal. Second offense — 30-day suspension. Third offense — permanent termination.
  • Category 3 (Community & Safety): Case-by-case moderation review, temporary restrictions, or suspension based on severity.

Termination decisions are final at SoleSocial’s sole discretion. Appeals may be submitted via our Complaints procedure.

6. Reporting

To report a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, email safety@solesocial.app with the offending username, URL, and a brief description. For urgent safety concerns or content involving minors, we act within 24 hours and report to appropriate authorities.
